BEFORE WE SCHEDULE
Good questions. Clear answers.
Questions drawn from our cleaning services. Property-specific details, access and availability are confirmed when we coordinate.
01
Solar-panel cleaning
How much will output improve after cleaning?
Removing dust and buildup helps sunlight reach the panels. The potential generation benefit varies with soiling and system and site conditions; output from comparable periods can help assess the change.
Is rain enough to clean the panels?
Not always. Soiling type and site and system conditions influence cleaning needs. Assess the actual condition rather than relying on the season alone.
02
Building interior and common-area cleaning
Which building interiors can be included?
Lobby, stairs, foyers and elevator cabin interiors are coordinated around the building's condition and access. Tasks and surfaces are specified in the quotation. Facades and the exterior envelope are excluded; waste rooms and garages are quoted separately.
How do we plan a one-off clean or a building routine?
Share the building details and your preferred frequency. We review the needs and scheduling options, then define the scope, timing and suitable tasks in the quotation.
03
Apartment cleaning for move-in and between tenants
How do move-in and between-tenant cleaning differ?
Move-in cleaning prepares the apartment before arrival, sometimes addressing dust after works. Between-tenant cleaning focuses on accumulated use and a tidy handover. Both are scoped around the apartment and photographs you share.
Can cleaning be arranged in a furnished or renovated apartment?
We review access, furniture, residue and surface types first. We agree what can be cleaned and moved; work residue treatment is coordinated separately according to surface condition.
Two needs. One apartment-cleaning service.
Before move-in or between tenants, cleaning is tailored to the apartment and timing. Both needs are covered by the same service.
- Before move-in: plan after repairs and before furniture arrives, agreeing dust, floor, kitchen and bathroom care.
- Between tenants: arrange keys and handover timing, clear belongings, and agree surfaces, empty cupboards and tracks.
04
Waste-room cleaning and disinfection
How do cleaning and disinfection differ?
Cleaning removes soil. Disinfection is an additional treatment using a suitable product according to its instructions, after cleaning where needed.
How do you keep a waste room pleasant after cleaning?
Combine thorough cleaning with timely collection, suitable ventilation and functioning drainage. We coordinate around collection and the room's condition to tackle soil and support ongoing upkeep.
05
Parking-garage cleaning
Do all vehicles have to be removed?
It depends on the scope and plan. Work may be divided into sections, agreed in advance with the building manager.
Can every stain be removed?
No. Results depend on stain type, age and surface. We review conditions before choosing a method and quotation.
06
Office cleaning
Can cleaning be arranged after office hours?
We are happy to review after-hours availability or another convenient time by prior arrangement. Access, the site contact, security procedures and working hours are agreed to fit your office routine.
How should desks and documents be prepared?
Clear papers and personal belongings from desks and store sensitive documents. This allows efficient wiping of the cleared surfaces; sorting papers, opening drawers and handling documents are outside the service scope.
Are computers and office equipment included?
We agree care of accessible surfaces around equipment in advance, following manufacturer instructions. There is no direct spraying, dismantling or opening equipment; screens and delicate equipment are cleaned only with an agreed, approved method. This is not technical maintenance.
Which workplaces is the service designed for?
The service is for ordinary offices, covering workstations, meeting rooms, kitchenettes and bathrooms within the scope we define together. Medical cleaning, hazardous-waste handling and industrial processes are not included in this category.
07
Balcony and window cleaning
Which sides of the windows can be cleaned?
We plan cleaning for glass sides safely accessible from inside the apartment or balcony, depending on the window design. Facades, suspended rope-access work, unsafe leaning outside and high access that has not been assessed and approved in advance are excluded.
Are balcony and window cleaning coordinated as one service?
Yes. Together we define the windows, accessible glass, frames, tracks and balcony floor included in the visit. The scope can be tailored to the space and your needs, with inclusions and exclusions set out in the quotation.
How are water use and balcony drainage arranged?
We review water points, drainage and site limitations in advance. Water quantities and methods are adapted to reduce runoff to neighbours and adjacent areas. Unblocking drains and repairing waterproofing or drainage are outside the cleaning scope.
What about limescale, paint marks or older stains?
We assess residue type, surface condition and coatings before selecting suitable treatment. Potential improvement varies; there is no guarantee that every stain can be removed or of a fixed result. Cleaning does not repair scratches, etched glass or damaged coatings.
